I particularly love trainings that are more than 1 day as it helps me show the participants patterns in their behaviour. I recall day 2 of a particular training, I had to play the jury between 2 participants arguing intensely over seats.

I was returning from the gents when I heard loud voices ‘Why is she seating on MY seat?’, ‘Are there no other seats in class, why did she have to pick MINE’

Now these words were so familiar especially on day 2 but scarcely with this intensity. So I ran into class quickly to help address the matter.

Apparently, one lady came early on day 2 & decided to change her position BUT the acclaimed ‘owner’ of the seat was not having it.

So I simply took assailant’s phone on the table & slipped it in my pocket. She briskly turned and said ‘Sir thats MY phone’ & I replied ‘No its not’.

She looked gobsmacked like ‘world pipu wanna strip me of everything’.

As I walked away I said, ‘Well its in my custody today, so I’ll OWN it from tomorrow. Technically speaking, ‘its MINE’
