Thank you for all the support and prayers coming from Nigeria, Nigerians in the Diaspora, and Africans all over the world.
I look forward to the day when Nigeria and Africa become places where hard work and merit are rewarded.
I look forward to when your tribe, ethnicity, parents and who you know will no longer determine your success or access to national institutions and public service.
I look forward to when Nigeria and Africa build a society and public service based on meritocracy.
I look forward to the day when Nigeria assumes her rightful place in the comity of nations. The founding fathers of the world’s most populous black nation envisioned an African super power in progress, wealth, human capital and global standing.
In my own estimation, Africa cannot achieve her full potentials until Nigeria gets to her promised land. Let’s not waste what should be the most consequential nation in Africa.
