I have made many mistakes on this journey, building Bubez Foods, which has sometimes led to employee dissatisfaction, poor team performance, massive losses, and so on, I’m not claiming to be infallible or a perfect boss.
The lessons from my many mistakes have helped me build a brand new business, Leap to Limitless Global, where I help ambitious, success-driven women create powerful brands.
I love to try out new things and concepts that will benefit our customers and clients, which our Strawberry and Vanilla flavoured Bubez pap attests to.
I am not fearless, I just don’t let my fears stop me. In every area I sense fear, I upgrade my confidence level and face it head on. We can’t stop the fears, it’s what we do with the fears that matters.
