Dear Junior Programmer,
With gladness I welcome you into the Tech Ecosystem. It is a creative skill for a long, lasting and wonderful experience.
I am writing this letter to inform you all to disregard all the myth you must have heard about Tech been an easy place and start from the scratch. It is not easy here.
I am not talking about the learning; you already know that. I am talking about getting gigs. It is as difficult as traditional system.
In the traditional system, the employers ask fresh graduates for CV and experience of over 5 to 10years. In this place, they ask you projects and review your projects and their expectation is way out of the roof. “I am a junior programmer, sir/ma, I learn very fast on the job” is often my reply.
I want to use this medium to prepare you, do as many projects as possible and give all your projects the best you have got, one day, the door will be opened to you.
I am a junior programmer and this is a letter to myself and every aspiring programmer out there. I hope you all find it useful.
Hello Pro-Developers, do you have anything you think a junior programmer should know?
