Lekki Massacre.
Something suspicious happened during the sitting of the Lagos Panel of Inquiry today.
One man passed note (see photo and linguistic analysis of contents below) to another man but no one viewed that as unusual.
Then later, the Lekki Concession Company (LCC) case was called.
Lagos State Government is the owner of LCC.
The MD of LCC took his seat to represent LCC.
The Lagos State Government (LASG) Legal Team members also registered presence.
Lo and behold, the man who was earlier passing note to the MD of LCC is a member of the LASG Legal Team.
The note earlier exchanged too would later become listed talking points for LCC.
Same LCC was then led in testimony by a member of the LASG (LCC owner) Legal Team.
Evidences tendered.
The LASG Legal Team then commenced asking MD of LCC leading questions as listed apparently to absolve LASG of any possible liability.
MD of LCC responded as listed and seeked if it can proceed to renovate the toll gate to commence its revenue making.
The NBA representative at that point intervened with an objection, stopping LASG and LCC plan of coming in, answer to their own talking points and walk away to commence operations at the toll gate.
Panel adjourned till Friday.
